We’re looking for someone who makes sure our customers get clear, measurable commercial value from our product, quickly, and that we can prove it. Someone who can sit with a COO and quantify NOI impact in the morning, then spend the afternoon improving onboarding so a site team sees results faster.
This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Commercial, and Strategy, and will define how value is delivered and measured as we scale.
Property ops is a multi-billion-pound industry still running on manual processes. Vinny is the AI teammate transforming how property teams run leasing, customer care, maintenance, renewals, and operations. We’re a scaleup backed by Antler and tier-one VCs across Europe, and we work with operators across Europe in 200k+ properties.
We’re remote-first, move fast, and care deeply about building products that actually make people’s working lives better. We’re growing quickly and are on track to increase our managed units by 14x in 2026.
This is a chance to join early and directly influence our strategies for retention, expansion, and how we sell into larger operators.
What You Will Do
1. Own and quantify customer value
Build and maintain ROI models that quantify cost savings, efficiency gains, and NOI impact
Define and track what “value realised” means for each customer
If value isn’t landing, solve it (don’t escalate it)
Turn product usage and operational data into clear commercial insight
Identify and fix gaps in adoption
2. Accelerate adoption and time-to-value
Design onboarding so customers see meaningful outcomes in days, not weeks
Analyse how customers operate and identify where automation can go deeper
Work directly with teams to change behaviour, not just deploy software
3. Run executive-level business reviews
Deliver sharp, structured customer reviews focused on business outcomes
Translate operational data into board-ready insight
Build clear, compelling decks and narratives that stand up in front of COOs and CFOs
Shift conversations from product features to business impact
4. Build the value function that scales with us
Create reusable ROI frameworks and value calculators
Build playbooks for onboarding, QBRs, adoption, and upsell/expansion
Build internal dashboards that track impact across customers
Identify upsell and expansion signals
Feed structured insights back into Product, Commercial, and Marketing
Help shape how we position and sell quantified outcomes
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a high-agency operator who has experience working in a high growth scaleup.
You:
Are as comfortable on-site with property managers as you are in a boardroom presenting insights.
Understand how software is built, onboarded, and deployed and can explain it clearly to end users, buyers, and executives.
Can independently build and defend ROI models in front of senior stakeholders - using pivot tables, creating charts, and turning data into clear business stories.
Can identify patterns across customers and turn them into strategic decisions.
Are commercially literate (comfortable discussing NOI, OPEX, margin).
Operate well with limited process and high accountability.
Are comfortable moving fast, making decisions with imperfect information, and being judged on impact.
Take full ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
