We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can own features end-to-end, make sharp technical calls under ambiguity, and raise the bar for how we build. Someone who moves fast, thinks like a product person, and gets energy from applying AI to real problems in production.

Property ops is a multi-billion-pound industry still running on manual processes. Vinny is the AI teammate transforming how property teams run lead-to-lease, living, marketing, and analytics. We're backed by tier-one VCs across Europe, and work with some of the largest institutional owners and operators in the UK, Europe, and Australia. 

What You'll Do

You'll own the building of real features that ship to customers, and help set the standard as the team grows.

• Build and ship full-stack features across the product, from frontend interfaces to backend services.

• Integrate AI capabilities into real user workflows - making agents smarter, faster, and more reliable.

• Own features end-to-end: scoping, building, shipping, and iterating on user feedback.

• Set technical direction and raise engineering standards as we scale in 2026.

• Work closely with leadership, customer success, and directly with customers to define what gets built and how it should work.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who wants real responsibility and gets energy from doing hard things.

You must have:

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience in production across frontend and backend.

• AI/agent experience beyond simple API wrappers. You've built features with tool calling, orchestration, or multi-step workflows in production.

• Comfort with autonomy, you don't need detailed specs to be productive.

• A track record of shaping what gets built, not just how.

• A clear communicator who thrives in a small, fast-moving team.

• Based in Europe (UK/EU) with the right to work.

Comfortable with our stack: React, Node.js, Vercel, Inngest, Postgres, AWS, Twilio/WhatsApp.

Nice to have:

• Built autonomous agents with orchestration, memory, and evaluation loops in production.

• Early-stage startup experience (seed to Series A).

• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical projects.
