We're looking for a Junior Full-Stack Engineer who wants to learn fast, ship real features, and grow into a brilliant engineer alongside a small, senior team. Someone early in their career but already dangerous with code - curious about AI, eager to take ownership, and excited to work somewhere that what you build reaches real users every day.

Property ops is a multi-billion-pound industry still running on manual processes. Vinny is the AI teammate transforming how property teams run lead-to-lease, living, marketing, and analytics. We're backed by tier-one VCs across Europe, and work with some of the largest institutional owners and operators in the UK, Europe, and Australia. 

What You'll Do

You'll ship real features from day one, with the support and code review to help you grow quickly.

• Build and ship full-stack features across the product, from frontend interfaces to backend services, with guidance and review from senior engineers.

• Get hands-on with AI in real user workflows, learning how we make agents smarter, faster, and more reliable.

• Grow into owning features end-to-end - scoping, building, shipping, and iterating on user feedback.

• Work closely with senior engineers, customer success, and leadership to understand what gets built and why.

• Learn our stack deeply and help scale the platform as we grow.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone early in their career with strong fundamentals and a genuine drive to get better fast.

You must have:

• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals across frontend and backend (through professional experience, a bootcamp, or serious personal projects).

• Genuine curiosity about AI and a desire to apply it to real problems.

• A product mindset - you care about users, not just code.

• Comfort asking questions, taking feedback, and learning quickly in a fast-moving team.

• Based in Europe (UK/EU) with the right to work.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to React, Node.js, Postgres, or a cloud platform (AWS/Vercel).

• Any experience building with LLMs or AI APIs, side projects included.

• Startup or fast-paced environment experience.

• Something you've shipped end-to-end that you're proud of.
