Summary
Vinny is growing fast and we’re hiring a Key Account Executive to help us build pipeline, close early-stage deals, and grow key customer relationships across multiple European markets, starting with Germany.
This role is designed to evolve. In the early phase, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting and business development, gaining deep exposure to customer needs and building a strong pipeline in DACH and Spain. Over time, you’ll take increasing ownership of deals, account growth, and ultimately key accounts and regional performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants responsibility, visibility, and a clear path to impact, from pipeline creation through to long-term customer value and regional leadership.

Vinny is the AI teammate transforming how teams run leasing, customer care, maintenance, renewals, and data analytics across their buildings - already automating 90%+ of the work. We’re backed by Antler and tier-one VCs across Europe and work with operators across 200k+ properties.
Germany is one of our fastest-growing and most strategically important markets. At the same time, we’re seeing rising traction in Spain and other European markets that need temporary shared coverage.
This role exists to:
Build and progress pipeline in priority European markets, starting with Germany, through outbound prospecting and direct commercial engagement.
Own early customer journeys from first conversation through onboarding, working closely with customers and our technical onboarding team to get new clients live quickly.
Grow accounts over time through adoption, upsell, and long-term value creation, while reducing pressure on the founding and sales team as we scale.
What You Will Do
In the initial phase, you will:
Focus on outbound prospecting and business development in Germany and Spain.
Build pipeline through targeted outreach, market mapping, and account research.
Book and qualify demos, with a clear target of five qualified demos per week.
Develop a strong first-hand understanding of customer pain points, buying triggers, and objections.
Keep pipeline activity, outreach, and outcomes clearly documented in our CRM.
As the role develops, you will:
Take ownership of closing smaller deals and early-stage opportunities.
Work directly with customers and our technical onboarding team to get new clients live on Vinny quickly.
Manage and grow accounts post-sale, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
Act as the commercial and relationship owner for a growing portfolio of accounts.
Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders in German and English, and Spanish where needed.
Step in to support multiple European markets as the team scales.
Take ownership of a regional market as expansion continues.
This is a commercial role with increasing ownership, combining prospecting, deal execution, onboarding support, and long-term account growth.
Who We Are Looking For
You’re great at:
Outbound prospecting and starting commercial conversations from scratch.
Communicating value clearly and confidently to senior, non-technical stakeholders.
Managing multiple opportunities at different stages without losing momentum.
Following up relentlessly and keeping deals moving.
Learning a product deeply and translating it into customer outcomes.
Working cross-functionally with product, onboarding, and customer success teams.
Operating independently and making progress without a rigid playbook.
You must have:
Native German (spoken and written).
Proven experience in a commercial role (sales, account executive, business development, or similar).
Comfort working to targets and measurable outcomes.
Experience owning conversations with customers or prospects end-to-end.
The ability to operate across multiple markets and priorities at the same time.
Nice to have:
Professional-level Spanish (spoken and written).
Experience in B2B SaaS, proptech, or a complex product environment.
Exposure to onboarding, implementation, or post-sale account growth.
Familiarity with CRMs and modern sales tooling.
Experience working across European markets.
