Later, when Johnny worked inside some of the biggest names in PropTech, he saw what property management looked like without someone like Vinny on the team. Systems were bolted on or built for the biggest companies, not for the people doing the actual work, or the residents and customers they serve. The tech was rigid. The comms were clunky. And the customer experience was, too often, an afterthought.
