No. Vinny handles the high-volume, repetitive tasks so your PMs can focus on landlord relationships, complex issues, and work that actually needs a person. Most agencies find their capacity to manage the rent roll grows — not shrinks.
We already use the AI inside Rex or PropertyMe. Why would we add Vinny?
The AI inside your PMS assists within that platform.
