We’re looking for an Account Executive who can own the room in a demo, take full ownership of deals end-to-end, and turn strong inbound demand into long-term customer relationships. Someone who moves fast, knows how to move deals forward with urgency, owns revenue outcomes not just activity metrics. All while working as part of a team of 15 that cares about simplicity, ambition, and doing something unreasonable.

Property ops is a multi-billion-pound industry still running on manual processes. Vinny is the AI teammate transforming how property teams run leasing, customer care, maintenance, renewals, and operations. We’re backed by Antler and tier-one VCs across Europe, and we work with operators across Europe in 200k+ properties.

We’re remote-first, move fast, and care deeply about building products that actually make people’s working lives better. We’re growing quickly and are on track to increase our managed units by 14x in 2026.

What You Will Do
As our Account Executive, you’ll own the revenue-critical middle of our go-to-market motion. You’ll take qualified opportunities from our SDR team, run the demo and deal process, and turn real customer interest into long-term revenue. You’ll shape how prospects experience Vinny, as well as how revenue is created and forecast across our business.

  • Own end-to-end sales cycles from SDR handoff through to close, with clear responsibility for deal progression and outcomes.

  • Run high-quality product demos tailored to each prospect’s operational needs.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points across BTR, PBSA, MFH, SFR, and Co-Living, and translate them into clear value cases.

  • Drive deals through evaluation, procurement, pricing, and contracting, keeping momentum high and stakeholders aligned.

  • Work closely with the CEO on deal strategy, pricing, and positioning, particularly on larger or more complex opportunities.

  • Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and forecasting in our CRM.

  • Feed real-world customer insight back into product, marketing, and sales.

  • Help shape how we sell as we scale; messaging, demo flow, qualification standards, and sales process.

Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone who wants real responsibility and gets energy from doing hard things. 

You must have:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales as an Account Executive or Sales Manager.

  • Proven experience running live demos and closing mid-market deals.

  • Comfortable selling to operational, technical, or non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong discovery skills - you ask good questions and listen carefully.

  • Confident and consultative; you’re thoughtful and credible, not spammy. 

  • Experience in PropTech, SaaS, or operational software.

  • Comfortable working with longer, consultative sales cycles

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup with evolving processes.

  • Remote-first mindset with strong written and verbal communication.

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling into property, real estate, or operations-heavy industries.

  • Familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or similar.

  • Experience selling AI-powered or automation software

  • Startup or scale-up experience.
