We’re looking for an SDR who moves fast without waiting to be told what to do, takes real ownership of lead quality, improves how we do outbound and inbound every single day, and wants to help build our sales motion into the highest functioning in the industry. All while working as part of a team of 15 that cares about simplicity, ambition, and doing something unreasonable.
Property ops is a multi-billion-pound industry still running on manual processes. Vinny is the AI teammate transforming how property teams run leasing, customer care, maintenance, renewals, and operations. We’re backed by Antler and tier-one VCs across Europe, and we work with operators across Europe in 200k+ properties.
We’re remote-first, move fast, and care deeply about building products that actually make people’s working lives better. We’re growing quickly and are on track to increase our managed units by 14x in 2026.

What You Will Do
As our SDR, you’ll be on the front line of our go-to-market motion. You’ll be the first human touchpoint for many prospects, shaping how the market experiences Vinny and helping property teams understand what’s possible with AI.
Own the top of the funnel for inbound and outbound opportunities across key ICPs (Build-to-Rent, PBSA, co-living, multi-family, and single-family housing).
Qualify inbound leads and run discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points, workflows, and buying intent.
Proactively prospect and engage target accounts via email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative outbound.
Clearly articulate Vinny’s value proposition and how it solves real operational problems for property teams.
Book high-quality meetings for Account Execs and ensure strong handovers with clear context.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product to continuously improve messaging and targeting.
Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and contribute insights on market feedback, objections, and trends.
Help improve our sales playbooks, sequences, and qualification frameworks as we grow.
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone who wants real responsibility and gets energy from doing hard things.
You must have:
1–3 years of experience in a BDR / SDR or similar commercial role (SaaS or PropTech is a plus, but not required).
Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and running structured discovery conversations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills - clear, confident, and not scripts from ChatGPT.
Naturally curious: you ask good questions and actually listen to the answers.
Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with rejection.
Organised and disciplined with pipeline management and follow-ups.
Excited by fast-moving environments where things change and improve quickly.
Interest in AI, automation, and how technology can transform traditional industries.
Nice to have:
Experience selling into property, real estate, or operations-heavy industries.
Familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or similar.
Experience with consultative or value-led selling approaches.
Startup or scale-up experience.
