Vinny is growing fast and we’re hiring a Customer Support Associate to help us deliver world-class experiences to every prospect, resident, and operator who interacts with our platform.

You’ll join our customer-facing team at a critical moment of growth. Your work will shape how users experience Vinny every single day - across phone, chat, email, and everything in between. You’ll be the human voice behind the product, helping teams move faster, operate smarter, and get instant value.
What You Will Do
Respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails quickly and professionally.
Log and manage enquiries in our internal systems with speed and accuracy.
Follow policies, workflows, and eligibility criteria without dropping details.
Escalate complex issues to our Client Success Manager when needed.
Spot recurring user issues and turn them into actionable improvement ideas.
Keep communication human, helpful, and high-quality across every channel.
Bring clarity and calm to fast-moving situations.
This isn’t corporate ticket-taking. This is hands-on, multi-channel support inside an early-stage rocketship - where every interaction matters and your work creates immediate impact.

You’re great at:
Clear, confident communication - written and verbal.
Handling calls and live chats without hesitation.
Staying organised and detail-driven under pressure.
Managing multiple enquiries at speed.
Bringing empathy, clarity, and professionalism to every user interaction.
Nice to have:
Experience in customer support, operations, or administrative roles.
Exposure to proptech, real estate, or property management.
Familiarity with CRMs, helpdesks, or messaging tools.
Basic technical understanding of integrations or workflow tools.
