Our origin story

It started with a real property manager named Vincenzo

When Johnny rented in London, Vinny ran the building. And not just the building, the experience. He remembered your name, got things sorted before you had to chase, and somehow made even the most frustrating issues feel simple. He didn’t just manage the property. He made life easier. Later, when Johnny worked inside some of the biggest names in PropTech, he saw what property management looked like without someone like Vinny on the team. Teams were swamped in paperwork, juggling endless communication channels, and stretched to breaking point. Systems were bolted on or built for the biggest companies, not for the people doing the actual work, or the residents and customers they serve. The tech was rigid. The comms were clunky. And the customer experience was, too often, an afterthought.
